That was my issue He is a liar and cannot be trusted to finish the job he said he was going to do I will never deal with this individual again and hopefully no one else will waste their time waiting for him to show and not finish their work either My original door was sealed to the garage Now I have a one inch gap on either side that I will fix and finish myself Money and time wasted

We have been in contact with Mr*** in regards to his garage doorWe explained to him that new sections had to be ordered and he was aware of this.There is a problem with the manufactured section in which I have purchased through CHIWe do not just want to replace them because we feel thereis an
on going issue with the door sections due to manufacturingWe want the problem fixed so Mr*** has a garage door that is correctly warrantied forthe future wear on the sectionsMr*** is aware that I have been working with our distributor and we will be replacing the damaged sections properlyThe distributor and myself went to look at the sections that I installed at Mr*** house so he could see what is going on with the door sections.We place a year warranty on his door as well with the manufactured warranty, we do not want Mr*** to have problems later on due to the defects in the sectionsWe are hoping to replace these sections within the next week

We installed this door completely the cost of the door installation was $See Invoice customer signed completion on 2-10-When installing the door the interior and exterior trim was dry rottedInterior and Exterior trim is not included in installationThis is an extra chargeSee bottom of InvoiceBob did replace the Interior and did not charge themThis would be an extra charge and he DID NOT CHARGE THEMWe also do not do any electrical. He told them they he could do the exterior trim for them when the weather got betterThis is an additional fee

I have been waiting for six months to have this issue resolved B & B overhead door stated on 11/8/that the issue would be corrected We are now in and the issue is not resolved and he is not returning my calls My next course of action would be legal matter in small claims court He is not replacing the door as he stated in his warrenty The service has been paid in full but he installed an damaged door that has not been replaced I continue to hear the excuse that the door is covered under warrently for five years I should not have to wait for six months to have the issue corrected Mr S*** has numerous excuses that the doors was not on the truck to not returning my calls So this issue has not been resolve so the need legal paperwork will be filed

We only received money to install the doorSee attached checksBob fixed the Interior jams with wood with out charging himThe exterior jams are an extra.Now he states we told him thisWe tried contacting the customer again and he refuses to have us come backThis job was completedWe were not paid anything extra.We were paid to install a garage door and we completed the work

11/15/17 1:35 pm Telephone response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated the matter will be resolved next week. The company stated they had to wait on the manufacturer to send the panel and the panel was received this week.

WE are still working with the manufacture and Mr. [redacted] to resolve this matter. B & B Overhead Door knows this is an issue and wants to make sureit does not happen again. We want the product to be corrected, not just put a bandage on it. We understand that Mr. [redacted] is frustrated but ask him to be patient.

10/27/17 Telephone response obtained from the company as follows:The company stated they were waiting until the consumer got the front of the house re-sided because if the weather stripping was put up before the siding, when the siding does get done, the weather stripping will have to be torn...

down.The company stated that the front of the home has still not been re-sided but they went to the consumer's home about 2 weeks ago and put up the weather stripping as requested

We installed this door completely the cost of the door installation was $1200.00. See Invoice customer signed completion on 2-10-17.
