To whom it may concern,This is letter is in response to [redacted] ’s complaint to the Revdex.com? I was forwarded an email from the service advisor who was helping Mr [redacted] on the morning of Thursday March 2, 2017, at 7:13a.mthat same day I sent an email to Mr [redacted] stating that I would like to speak with him regarding this matter? I ? included my cell phone number, and told him to give me a call at his earliest convenience? I received a response to that email March 2nd, at 7:p.mstating that he had tried to contact me that day but could not get a hold of me? He also stated that he would try and contact me again on Friday March 3rd? I attempted to call Mr [redacted] and did not get an answer on Friday March 3rd, to speak with him about the recent repairs that had been performed at Billion Dodge? I did speak with him previously regarding the original repairs on his Jeep? I am waiting to speak with him again regarding this issue on his jeep? We did perform a quality check test drive ? on the vehicle after the repairs were done? We drove the vehicle a total of miles according to our records? It is possible that there was more than one noise that the customer was experiencing, and we had only fixed the one? To whom it may concern,I was out of the office until June 26th I did receive a voicemail from [redacted] when I got in the office I responded and left her a voicemail that same day We were able to talk on the phone later in the day I explained that I needed to check into things and get back with her I apologized for the situation and explained to her that this circumstance was very unusual for our business I called [redacted] back on June 27th and explained that I would like to have her bring in the vehicle so I could inspect the vehicle personally She stated she would speak with her husband and get back with me A few days later she called to inform me that she had the vehicle in to get the oil changed and they had said there were no leaks Again I offered to have the vehicle in to be inspected by myself She had stated again she would speak with her husband and let me know I have not heard anything from [redacted] since that day
