Bill is one of a dying breed, he has the knowledge and experience and takes the time to diagnose the problem and then discusses possible solutions with you. He has been very pleasant no matter how long he has to stay and is also willing to share his knowledge. I would have no problem recommending Bill to anyone for appliance repairs or installation.
