a disabled vehicle. It needed extra winching equipment to place it on back on its four wheels. So this was not a simple tow when a vehicle is disabled, and the motorist is on the side of the road. The SUV had to be up-righted,, then to be towed safety back to our facility. Im sorry for your families unfortunate accident, and hope no long term injuries took place. Thank you William
