In response to the allegations made by Miss [redacted]. We went out of our way to help this young lady and are very saddened at the amount of lies she has told in...

regards to this matter. To begin with Miss [redacted] states she called us to tow her car in. Her car was in fact abandoned partially in the road we were told by the Ga. State Patrol on interstate 75. They called it into 911 as an abandoned car to a towing company by the name of [redacted] Service on 1-8-15. We had received a call from Miss [redacted] asking us to tow her car in and let her know how much it would be to fix it. We sent our wrecker driver out and after about an hour of him looking for her car we finally found out it had been called in and towed already due to the danger of it being left in road way. At this point we called customer and gave her the name of the person that had picked her car up. She asked if we could pick up the car from them about a week later. I told her we could not pay [redacted] for towing her car nor for the storage fees incurred. She found out she owed them 300.00 and the storage fee was increasing daily. She asked me then if she sent the money to Walmart in our name would we tow her car to our shop and check to see what was wrong with it then let her know how much it would cost to fix it. I also agreed to not charge her storage fees due to the fact she was wanting us to repair her car. We went out of our way to go into Walmart pick up the money to pay [redacted]. She did not at this time send any money to us only to [redacted] which I have receipts for the money sent and the amount paid to [redacted]. On 1-14-15 we picked up her car and towed it to our shop. It was then we realize there was no key in the car. I again contact Miss [redacted] to let her know we cannot diagnose the problem without the key. She was correct in saying it took us 2 weeks to diagnose the car because that is how long it took her to mail us the key. When we did in fact diagnose the problem which was car had no fuel pressure which indicates the fuel pump was not working, I let her know and also told her how much it would be to fix it. She stated she did not have the money and would call me back when she did. When she called me back on 2-9-15 she let me know she was ordering her own part off the internet from an online parts dealer. I let her know that would be fine with us. After another 10 days pass we received the part. Our mechanic dropped the gas tank to install the part she had sent us and realized it was the wrong part. I placed another call to her to let her know. She called back a few days later asking if we could return the part back to where she ordered it from and they would then send us the correct one. At this point we pulled the car back to our storage lot due to needing the space for our other customers. She then owed us a towing fee, diagnostic fee and labor time we had invested in the car. When I heard from her again she told me to just put the part in the backseat of her car and stated she would return it later. She then asked if we would find her a part. We were in the process of doing just that when she showed up demanding her car. We explained to her she could in fact get her car but the cost would be 280.00 (we never charged her storage fee). She then called the police I suppose thinking she would be able to get the car without paying us. Miss [redacted] has tried to make us look like the faulty party and has since served us with papers for a court appearance. We even came down on our price to 250.00 the day she picked up her car. We have all of our evidence in order and also have the satisfaction of knowing we went out of our way to help her and she has lied repeatedly with this statement she made to the Revdex.com.
