I took my TV to Bill's in November I was told it was fixed and I could come get it Before leaving the store, I plugged it in and it didn't work I was told to leave it and they will look at it again I was called and told they needed to order a part on Dec8th From then until Jan 1st I called twice a week to check on the status of TV I was told by Bill every time that shipping was slow due to the holidays After Jan 1st, I was told the part was on back order and to "be patient, this will take some time" So I didn't call back I went to the store on Feb 28th and was told that since I hadn't called since Dec 8th, they had given my TV away When reminded of the conversations I had with them, they said due to the part being discontinued, they couldn't get it and so for that reason they gave away my TV When I told them that was not acceptable, they offered to give me a TV At this time, I am waiting to see if they honor that agreement
