Working with them for my wedding flowers has been the worst experience! They have changed floral designers 3 times since I placed my order 3 months ago and failed to contact me. I have had to change my arrangement 3 times due to each designed not telling me valuable information. They lost my whole file and the groom and groomsmen tux sizes. And 4 days before my wedding they call me and tell me I need to come talk to the new designer (just to add they had the wrong date for my wedding). Frustrated, I went to discuss the arrangement with the new designer, who was EXTREMELY rude and tried to make me feel bad about the amount she spent to order the flowers. She tried to turn it on me and say she had been calling me for weeks and I hadn't answered but she had only worked there a week. Come to find out she ordered all the wrong flowers in a totally wrong color and just kept telling me that it will look fine. Well if you have the wrong colors its not going to look fine. She kept raising her voice with us and all in all her customer service was terrible!
