Review: I brought Bill's House of Hubcaps a set rims that I had to sell on consignment at his store in Slidell LA. We did the paperwork for the deal, and I check back with the store within two weeks. When I was at the store, checking on my wheels, the wheels were not there. I ask for the manager to get my money, and Mr. [redacted] informed me the old manager was fired for steeling. So I asked Mr [redacted] for my money for the wheels I left there on consignment, and he said that the old manager took the money. I tried to get my money from the new manager, but he would give me nothing but credit. I finally agreed to the credit, and went back in to Bill's House Of Hubcaps a week later to use my credit, and Mr [redacted] told me that the credit came from the old manager, and he decided that he could not give me anything.Desired Settlement: GIVE ME MY $500.00 IN CASH ARE LET ME SPEND $500.00 AT YOUR STORE AS CREDIT

Review: I bought 2 used tires on January 6, 2014 from this business.They broke the sensor on my tire. They claim to have replaced the sensor but the light won't go off. Plus the front left tire is wobbling and making noise. They said I now have to take my car to the dealership to have the sensor reset. I told them that I can't afford that and they said they should be no charge. The dealership disagrees. They won't return my calls or let me speak to the owner.I'm on social security and have a part time job. My husband has only his navy retirement since he has been out of work for 11 months due the gov sequester. I can afford to take my car to the dealership and it doesn't seem fair that I should have to just because I patronized this business.Desired Settlement: I want the bad tire replaced and I want my sensor working properly. If it has to go to the dealership I want Bills House of Hubcaps to pay for it. After all they broke it!
