I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
 The dispute I submitted to my bank for a full refund is still in process, if for whatever reason it is not fulfilled I will re-open the complaint but as of now I appreciate that he did admit he was in the wrong.

My company dropped the ball on the client.  I apologized, and asked for a second chance.  I told her I would not charge any more money.  Client agreed.  I prepared and sent the documents to the client, taking my time to do so.  Client signed and sent back. I again...

dropped the ball for personal reasons, and the documents were not filed in a timely manner.  The customer did a "chargeback" on her form of payment, and recouped the entire $299. I told client I will prepare all documents and send to her, to be filed.  I can do this, so effectively client will have received a free case and is only out her time.  Thus, this complaint should be dropped. Obviously, it is my goal to satisfy every client, and I am extremely apologetic that the ball was dropped here.  I will constantly strive for perfection in the future.
