Miss leading information. They are cooperaing with [redacted] and [redacted] to advertise wrong information to the people. I found them online website. I been changed $299 with [redacted] and they with drowning $69 twice from my bank account. They Advertising cat credit card with bad credit to get essay access to get credit. I didn't get anything.they said I signed for it but the email went to spam. I didn't even seen it.
I was under the promise of having my credit sorted out. [redacted] I am having a terrible time stopping them from taking money from me. I feel very used and abused by these guys.
These people skycap work hand in hand with [redacted] to [redacted] the public. The agents at [redacted] first mislead you and never mention skycap and their [redacted] loans they never tell you that you have to pay for imaginary products they trick you tp sign not telling you what u r really signing. Then they tell you in a year you can cancell but they never tell u that u have to pau skycap thousands of dollars and if you don't pay. Skycao will ruin your credit and etc. [redacted]. They say they finance [redacted] for products. What products. [redacted] said they can't fix nobody credit. Its up to the consumer. [redacted]. Why can't somebody do something about these people. [redacted]. Further more I never signed nothing but for some miracle they said they have my signature. They sent me a email with their so called contract. But signature part was blocked out. consumers are not lying
[redacted]. I attempted countless amounts of time to reach out and ask what and where are all the things they promised...and was threatened to make my credit even worse if I quit. They promised so much and when I told them I did research on them, they immediately got defensive and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was very upset, and asked them to review the initiating call to see what was said...they never did or refused to. I[redacted] really trusted them to do the right thing with what little money I worked so hard to make, unfortunately this is a hard lesson and an over 800 dollar loss. I am so upset. Ive now cancelled payment after 5 months of them doing nothing and will proceed with [redacted] and awareness to others to ensure this cant happen to anybody else to the best of my ability. Please, please..be aware [redacted]!!!
I have been trying to understand my situation for over 6 months as I signed up for a credit improvement program on-line [redacted] over a year ago which was funded by Skycap Financial which was not documented at the time of signing the document on-line. The program stated that it would help correct my credit score by offering services for collections, report positive credit interactions by reporting monthly payments and also part of my fees were going toward an investment which I would receive at the end of the program. I was not in a position to afford the monthly fee's and was not able to cancel the program, I was sent to collections for two separate loans $1000 and $5500 and it has ruined my credit. When I requested through Skycap Financial to help me work with the credit improvement company to start the program again so that I didn't have a negative file on my credit report I was denied by both companies stating that there was nothing they can do. Consumers beware! Don't do it!
