Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I was 1st given an estimate of $for the job which I okay during a phone call fr my manager who had just rec'd the quote from the workman I was told if the charge looked to go higher, I would be contacted again to approve the increase This did not happen Further, after the plumbing work was completed the older workman stayed on at least another full hour & had the younger man with him shovel dirt back over the damp work area that had been created This was done despite my manager telling the workers it was not necessary - - that the very hot temperature that day would take care of it I feel that at east that final hour should not have been applied, especially at the very high hourly rate charged I would like one hour refunded to me (to *** *** ***) After all, shovel work is not skilled labor It could have been done for $20.00/hr or even less Thank you.Sincerely,*** ***
