Bill's Music House, Inc.

This is my first time ever writing a review and one deserves. Thanks to the wonderful gentleman I worked with on 01-Feb-2016, I had a good experience at Bills music while trying to decide between XLR or 1/4 inch cables. Needless to say it's great seeing someone that goes above and beyond their job description to help you make an informed decision. Great customer service.

I have been coming to Bills for years. In the last couple of years, my son has gotten into playing and Bills has played a big part in that. We've gotten great recommendations for gear (thanks Matt) and the one small issue we had (setup on a guitar) was taken care of immediately and completely. They've price matched anything that we could find cheaper and have done a bunch of small things that make a big difference. It's clear that they really focus on complete customer service.

Shopping at Bill's Music House is always a pleasant experience. The staff is always helpful and will do any necessary research to assist you in finding any item you may want.

I've been visiting Bill's Music for going on 10 years. In younger years I was a professional musician in the Baltimore area, but since I had all the gear I needed, I never needed to visit. Lately, I've been using Bill's guitar-repair shop because their work is of the highest quality in the area. The charge may be higher than Guitar Center's, but I KNOW that Ron and his assistant will do the job right THE FIRST TIME. Next: Matt [redacted] is the consummate salesman and gentleman. I only need to tell him what I'm looking fortone, voicings, volume, reliability of guitar and ampand he always comes through with about three manufacturers' models, each pretty much spot on. Not pushy, but not like those salespeople who jump on you as you enter...and then for some reason forget you're there! Nice family business, nice atmosphere....just wish some of the customers would mind their guitar-playing manners.
