Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the actions are not performed I will continue to make complaints throught the Revdex.com. A member (The only one for 6 of the past 7 years I have lived there) of the [redacted] HOA is personally connected to the business owner and has not addressed my concerns which has caused me to seek another course of action.
In addition, there are others on my court who feel the same way, but have not made complaints because they know I have been communicating with the HOA. In the future, I will have them all contact the HOA to make sure all of the complaints are recorded appropriately. Furthermore, there are others who have made complaints, but have been ignored or discarded. There is evidence of other complaints logged on the [redacted] HOA site from a winter storm on February 1, 2015.
I wouldnt have a complaint every time it snows if the job was done correctly. I have evidence of just about every snow with 2-3-4 feet off the curb in front of my house and piles of snow in front of my house on the street. Evidence of the driver pulling away from the curb 6-8 feet before my driveway.
I hope the last snow was the last time I have to make a complaint. That is all I have been asking for since I started making the complaint 3 years ago.
Regards,
[redacted]
These types of complaints are to be brought to the subdivision association as they have been previously. This homeowner, in a subdivision of over 250 homes, is the only one that has a problem every time it snows. In hopes that this does not continue, myself, the president of the company...
will be plowing out this court every snow fall from here on out.
