with the full military honors present, and to credit her account. Consumer did not return phone calls so we were unable to directly address the issue with her. Our next contact from her was the letter of complaint of which I believe you have a copy. After discussion and review with all staff involved, we have decided to give her the credit she asked for, which was half of the amount of the total funeral bill with Rees Funeral Homes. There was a letter sent August 10, 2017 by USPS Certified containing the information about the account credit. We would still like to honor the Veteran through the Military Honors if the family still wishes. Please have them contact me, [redacted] or [redacted], to schedule said services.

I accept Rees Funeral Home Response and their agreement to credit half of the cost of my husband's service to me. I will reopen the case If they don't live up to their agreement. However, The Military Honors need not be displayed as family and friends are long gone along with those final moments.
