I was referred to this company called "Arizona Pest Experts" and glad I decided to give them a shot. I used several other companies in the past and had bad results. Until I found AZ Jones and his pest control experts! Problem solved no more roaches ? Bugs ? and scorpions ? in my house. Thank you Mr. Jones for your great service.

I had Bill's Termite and Pest Control out to my home today. I will say that I was anxious about the viist.
However, Andrew was the technician that came out. He had all the specs from when the initial sales person, Jeremy came out. Andrew went through all the details with me, and answered all my questions.
I feel like he did a very thorough job.
I was very pleasef with everyone I have interacted with at Bill's. From Jeremy in Sales, to Lisa in Scheduling, to Andrew who completed the work.
Very nice, professional, informative people. They "get" customer service.
From my experience, I believe their follow-up service will be just as great as thei initial service has been.
I will recommend Bill's to my friends and colleagues.

We discovered termites in our home and had another pest control company come out to give us a quote. Their quote seemed really high so I called Bill’s. I got an appointment right away and they gave me a quote that was half the price of the other company! They just treated our home yesterday with the warranty and the technician was so informative and professional as was the gentleman that came out to quote us. Best company! I feel that they are honest and they care about the customer. Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could.

Jeremy, is a very good inspector. He is an awesome representative for BIll's. Everyone I dealt with at this company were courteous and knowledgeable.
