I have American Home Shield as a supplemental insuranceThe ice maker on my refrigerator broke and I contacted American Home ShieldThey placed a work order with Bill's Plumbing last JuneBill came out to my residence and checked my ice makerI paid the service fee of $and said that he would be back in about a week to replace the partA week came and wentI called him and he said that he was waiting on the part from American Home ShieldI contacted American Home Shield and Bill never contacted themWhile on the phone with American Home Shield tgey attempted to contact Bill's Plumbing but got no responseThey sent him an email and he didn't replyI called him myself and was able to talk to himWhen I told him that American Home Shield had been trying to contact him he said he would call them as soon as we hung upBill never didHe did not call American Home Shield nor did he ever show up to fix my ice maker
