Bill's Pool Service, Inc.

I hired Bill's Pool Service in April 2015 to prep and paint my in-ground pool. The owner stated that, as part of the preparation, several vertical cracks around the interior perimeter of the pool walls would need to be repaired. The company proceeded to pressure-wash blast the cracks into 12" - 15" vertical holes over the entire interior perimeter walls. The owner, Charlie S., then advised that I hire, and pay for, a Structural Engineer to determine the structural integrity of the pool. I immediately terminated the services of Bill's Pool Service, and requested the return of $1,500 I'd paid in advance of the work (the money was requested/required by the owner for "materials"). The owner refused my request and left the premises, leaving several pieces of equipment in the pool. The owner has not responded to voice-mail messages I have left for him since May 2015.

Since that time, I have had to spend $3,500 to repair the damage caused by Bill's Pool Service, but the pool remains unpainted due to this unanticipated extra expense.

I submit this review to advise prospective customers of Bill's Pool Service that they exercise caution when considering this company for pool work.
