Pool deck built unsafe it rocks & is leaning against pool. Called to have them come back and they have blown me off for weeks. Injury will occur.
After many attempts to have them back to fix the problems I have lost all contact with them. They were very surprised that the cuts are not accurate and he admitted to not checking the employees work, who I know is not a carpenter, who also got fired the day after my deck was done. They said they would come and fix anything we are not happy with. After getting into a back and forth with pictures of the horrible job done, they were going to come back and fix it all. But after days of trying to get them here it is now silent not even a text or call back. We have screws sticking up from the floor boards, one half of the floor boards didn't even have screws in the ends, the posts are not even, the cuts are way off, we asked for the wood to be cut back a tiny bit so we could put our cover on, and it looks like my 11 year old did it. It is not a finish carpentry job that I was promised. The deck is shaking back and forth and is leaning against my pool. It's an unsafe deck and will now have to fix it myself and put more money into this. I have tried many times to get in touch with them, to even have them take it down and give my money back and still nothing.
I have attached pictures which do not do it justice. We have screws that are not even screwed into boards to make it safe.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back so I can get a safe deck for my son to be able to enjoy the pool.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Your contract states to the customers satisfaction. I have text messages from you saying that you didn't check your employees work and fired him the next day. You admitted to work not done correctly. The changes we wanted would be apart of the build for example screws into the ends of the boards that attach to the frame, or the spindles not lining up and are all the different length, or how about the frame is off centered and we had to put a beam in because it was pushing on my pool. You even said in a text that you will come back and fix them. I understand about the gate, that we would of paid for extra. I would still love to show you these mistakes, cuts are not even measured correctly, again from your employee or yourself. Measure twice cut once was not the case here. I have many pictures and texts to back this up.

In August of 2011, wind and rain damaged my house's roof *** Worcester, MA XXXXX). Shortly after, I hired Bill's Siding and Roofing to do an estimate for the replacement of my roof. After Bill's Roofing and Siding gave me an estimate, I submitted the bid to Litton Loan Servicing LP. After Speaking to Bill's Roofing and Siding, the company agreed to do the work for the said price that the bank was willing to pay for the roof. They assured me that I would not have anything to worry about in regards to the roof being fixed, thus preventing further damage to my house. I explained to them that I could only pay them with the money that I received from the insurance company and they agreed to that. The insurance agreed to pay $12,400. By the next snowstorm, my roof was leaking and still had signs of damage. Throughout the year my tenants had water come into their units from the roof. The porch on the second floor also has damage from the leaking. I contacted Bill's Roofing and Siding several times and they only came a few times to look at the damage/their work. This year I met with Bill's Roofing and Siding and showed one of their employees that the damage was not fixed. The employee told me that they don't fix flat roofs and that their employee who specialized in fixing/replacing flat roofs had passed away. *** Agreed to look at my roof again. May 1, 2018, He informed me that he did not fix the rubber roof and that he just added shingles to it. There are two sections that he wanted to charge me to fix. One section would have cost me $1,200 and the other section would have cost me $450 to repair or $1,200 to replace. I am very unhappy with Bill's Roofing and Siding because they were paid to fix my roof but the damage still exists. The damage from my roof has caused other damage to my house. The porch on the second floor of my house is completely damaged and the wood inside the back of the house is rotting.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like for Bill's Roofing and Siding to refund the $12,400 that was paid by *** Loan *** LP to be refunded to me.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do no except the response from Bill's Siding and Roofing because I paid for my entire roof to be fixed and the issues that needed to be fixed have not been resolved. The insurance company did the estimate in 2011, but no work on the roof was done until 2015, because that's when the insurance company approved for the work that needed to be done. The first check that I paid to the company was on 9/12/2015 for $6,200. After I made the initial payment, I was ensured by the company that the rotten wood would be changed as well as the entire roof. On 10/30/15, I made the final payment for $6,200 (making the total payment $12,400). I would like for Bill's Siding and Roofing to refund me $12,400. I would also like for them to pay for the damage that was caused by the roof leaking. This could have been avoided if they had changed the entire roof because this is what I paid for.

The owner of this business claimed to have performed work and guarantee that was never done I am looking for a refund. All calls have gone unanswered
This business owner Mr. *** was a tenant at my house at the time of this incident. He called me to tell me that I had a leak on the ceiling in the washroom front mudroom area. I asked if he could do the work and trusted him as he had been a good tenant at the time. This was in mid-December 2017. I paid the deposit and then the balance and assumed it was all set as described in the receipt and paperwork. In the spring I went to the house as the tenant (business owner) moved out due to being evicted for non-payment. We inspected the roof and found that the repair were never done! I have texted and called numerous times and asked that he come out to do the work and fix the leak. All calls and texts have gone unanswered. At this point I would like him to do the work but since that does not look like a possibility, I would like my money refunded which total's approx. $1600.00

Desired Outcome

The perfect resolution would be for Mr. ***, business owner to come out and do the job I paid for initially. But a refund ultimately would be the best. He obviously did not fix the roof as promised.

I tentatively accept the business response. Past promises have gone unfulfilled. Once I meet with the business owner at my property to see the work has been satisfactorily completed I will accept the response in full.

Business was contracted to repair roof on home. The work was never done but it was paid for.
This is my second complaint. *** 'Roofing and Siding was to repair the roof in one section of my house that was leaking. *** was renting the home at the time and I trusted that he would take care of the issue as contracted to do so. He assured me it was all set and gave me a receipt for the job of about $1600.00. He was eventually evicted for non payment and when I went to the house I found that he never did the work he said. I have filed a complaint here and he said he would come fix it. He never did. I am looking for him to do the job or refund the money. All calls to the company are being non returned and text messages are not being answered either.

I am in the process of selling the home and the roof needs to be fixed. Ideally I would like *** Roofing and Siding to do the job as it was never done. If he won't go do the job I need a refund as the work was never done!

I hired a Mr. *** from Bills-Siding to fix a leak that was coming into my living room from the outside roof/ siding area. Mr. said he would fix the issue and garenteed a 2 year warranty that it would not leak when he was done. A contract was written up and signed by Mr. to complete the job for a total of $1,100. He came and said he completed the job and was payed by check the same day approximately on 12-15-2017 and he cashed it the same day. The next week the leak was worse then ever, I called Mr. back to repair the leak and he claims he came back and fixed it not to worry. A few days later the leak was still horrible and my living room to this date is a mess. I called Mr. to come back and fix it the 3rd time and his response was he was going to give me my money back and to fix it myself. It's been 2 months and I haven't collected my check from him and he or the office will not return or pick up for my phone calls. I have the contract still and photos.
Account_Number: XXXXXX

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like my $1,100 back and some sort of action towards his business for the stress and damage he caused to myself and house.
