I have made contact with the customer [redacted], we are currently in the process of scheduling the repairs for her home. The customer gave me the dates and times that they are available, we are committed to fix any issues that we have caused. As soon as I get the date and time, I will e-mail the customer to let her know.
I have always had a great experience with them. The staff are very knowledgeable and nice. They don't beat around the bush and get things done in a timely manner. I drive a VW beetle and their prices are reasonable.
