Allstate Borg Agency admitted overcharging me for four years on homeowners insurance. The total came to over $1500. It was clearly their error but they absolutely refused to make it right. The attitude they exhibited is not that of an honest business, instead it appears that they were caught in a scheme. I fired them immediately and actually found better insurance providers at [redacted] and [redacted]. In 4 years I never filed a claim and this was how they treated me. Do yourself a favor, do not insure with these people.
