Bill's Superheating

I would never recommend this company for new furnace installation. I had repeated call backs to them about issues that were serious. My entire house smoked up just after they installed, but they fixed the issue and glad it was warm outside. It was a very loud system. They did attempt to set unit 3 times and then was told I had to live with it. 3 years later I had my house start to fill up with smoke, after hours, and I called them and left a message informing them of my emergency. The furnace never shut itself down but I manually shut it down. Their message stated that they would get right back to me if this is an emergency. It is the middle of winter and they never called back. I had another company respond and was told the furnace was way to big for my size residence. They ended up installing a new motor for fan and they also adjusted the furnace to where it is quiet now!! I was charged for warranty filing fees by other company but they honored the warranty on parts. I really was just blown off by Bills Super Heat in an emergency situation.
