Review: after getting an estimate from [redacted] on 5/5/14 he arrived at my property without advanced notification of a schedule date on 5/24/14 to remove a large tree from my driveway with his truck and crew. they cut down uppr portions of branches from tree. While doing so he broke down the chain link fence which borders my home and my neighbor's home. He stated he would be back to repair the fence. Also left large amounts of the tree debris in yard. [redacted] also padlocked the entrence to my fence so I cannot get in or out of it.I have called him on many occasions since then to to come out to complete this work, he has given many promises to do so,but still to this date of thurs. 6/5/2014 has not come out to complete the job. I have paid [redacted] an initial payment of $1,500.00 with another $1,500.00 to be paid upon completion of the stump removal of the tree. I left him a voice mail message today not to remove stump, just come back and clean debris in yard and fix fence, as my confidence in him doing and completing this work has waned. I am asking the Revdex.com to contact [redacted] to resolve this matter of removing all the debris he has left and to repair my chain link fence. he stated he is licenced and insured.Desired Settlement: Replace chain link fence and remove all debris from property
