I will never order off this website first and last time very unprofessional. I stumbled on this website trying to look for a Nike Tech for my child. I ordered the Nike Tech outfit for my son from this website Dec.7 as a Christmas gift. Upon receiving the item it was not authentic and wrong size. I did not want an exchange I wanted a refunded. I return the item back Dec.17 it is now Jan.17 the whole 30 days and I have yet received my refund. A scam! I wish I would've seen these reviews before ordering. If you come across these website DO NOT ever order from here. RUN!

This place is the worst I ever shop from it was my first and last very unprofessional they have a cell phone for they customers service they text you and they do not call you back and they send you what they Want you to have I didn't get what I ordered and this place should be shut down seriously how is they allowed this type of stuff to be going to a bunch of BS ! Stay I repeat Stay the hell away from this place and they website

This was by far the worst experience ever. I originally had horrifically stumbled across this site, looking for a sweatsuit to wear on the airplane on the way to my sister‘s wedding which was out of state. Plenty of time prior to my flight I ordered a women’s Nike suit, it was black green and grey in color. I was sent in atrocious hunter orange gray and black Nike suit that wasn’t even the same time and not at all what I ordered. I immediately upon receiving it reached out to Bealls outlet to have my items exchanged for the correct ones. Only to find out what I had ordered and what was listed online as available he didn’t even have. He tried to sell me on a pink and purple suit because apparently he’s sexist and feels that’s the only colors women should wear. I jump through multiple hoops sending the incorrect tracksuit back to include the number that was requested on my package. Since he did not have what I wanted and there was no exchange available I told him I just wanted my money back he agreed I have since then tried to reach out for months. The wedding was in May, it’s AUGUST! This scam of a company has done nothing but refuse to answer emails or the phone. It is a Disgusting business model and needs to be reported and shut down. It’s sad that this company is so desperate for money they knowing steal money with no intent of refunds. And from the reviews that I’ve been finding, looks like this is common practice for this company. And it makes me wonder if everyone were to go against bills if the company would finally shut down because I’m sure ripping off that many people and stealing that much money is not legal and has some serious ramifications. So please do yourself a favor and run far far away from this company all they’re going to do is steal your money I definitely plan on reaching out to my lawyer and my bank as well as reporting to the BBB. Unfortunately for the review I had to give a one star to post, but my honest opinion is that there isn’t enough negative stars in the universe to give to this place

I purchased a Men’s North Face Denali Jacket for $99.95 on November *** I received the Jacket on November *** and saw that it was not a authentic North Face Jacket as advertised. So I requested a refund and returned the Jacket. I waited over a month for my refund and then I finally called the company to find out the status of my return and the man that answered told me that they already gave me my refund and hung up on me without even giving me a date and amount for my refund. So I proceeded to call my bank to see if such a refund existed and the told me no. So I called the company back and told the same man that I had just called earlier about my refund and he hung up on me again. I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND. The customer service is horrible and very unprofessional. Their shady service and lack of a refund and false advertising leads me to believe that they are scammers.

The product received is not a genuine The North Face Denali as advertised Made multiple attempts to contact to verify the return as confirmed by delivery tracking and as of yet have had no contact back from this business.

This is a horrible place to do business with I would suggest this place to nobody that's not looking for headaches when I finally got ahold of somebody in New York the guy had a horrible attitude and acted like I was a problem for wanting to know the status of my order beware stay as far away from this place so you can!!!!!!!! I need for priority mail still have not received package 5 days later called my bank to stop payment was told there was nothing they could do for me once you place your order with these guys they got you I'll be turning them into the Revdex.com

I ordered a north face jacket, I looked into the faq’s and it says everything is authentic, upon receiving it there is hologram on the inside label of the jacket. When I called the company the man rudely picked up and asked why I called three times, very unprofessional.
