Bills's Tree Service

Tony Bills of Bills's Tree Service came through our neighborhood after the FEB Storm FEB looking to remove fallen tree limbs. My husband hired him to cut down a tree as well as remove the tree and a few large tree limbs that were laying on the ground in the back yard. We agreed to pay him $200 in cash. He proceeded to cut down the tree and cut the trunk is 5-6 pieces and told us that he would come back the next day to remove the wood; his pick up truck was full. He wanted the money up front, assuring us that he would return the next day. My husband went to the ATM and came back with the money. We were reluctant to pre-pay however Tony Bills gave us a story that he was living in a motel and his rent was due. We felt sorry for him. Since that day my husband called Tony Bills on several occasions, each time he promised us he would comeback to finish the job. He has yet to show up or to give us a date and time when he would return to finish the job. I have pictures that will show the scope of the work. Please e-mail me and I will forward the pictures.
