I Bought a membership card from Billy Beez store and never used itAfter I bought it, within mins, I found the service attitude is really badThen I wanted to cancel itAt first they tried to do it but several minutes later, the manager refused to do that, she said she never refund to anyone here, no return or refund rule aviable here although he acknowledged that she did not mention this when I buying the membship, and will not do that even we do not use itMy wife tried to talk with her friendly as well and did not workWe do not know where to complain
