few days later once I could contact him. I also spoke with the mother of the birthday child who offered up her account of the birthday party experience. Our party packages are based on a number of children per birthday party, starting at 20 children, and adults are paid separately: $4.95 an adult. According to their contract which was sent to them on July [redacted], 2014 to [redacted]'s via email, the birthday party in question was a Basic Party Package which starts at $600 for 20 children and the additional adults are $4.95; although the party only had 14 children the package price is set and based on a minimum of 20 children. This is stated on our website as well as individual party contracts which are emailed out to our guests. The party packages which the [redacted]'s are quoting in the com plaint is based on Destiny's USA's packages, which are different than [redacted]'s package.
On the day of the party 9/**/2014, the [redacted]'s exited the facility without paying their final bill. The [redacted] PD was called and were asked to mediate the situation. The [redacted]'s then returned to the facility and paid for the remainder of their bill in the amount of $510.45. With the deposit on their contract and the amount charged day of they paid a total of $760.45. The party was not charged for 3 additional pizzas, they were charged for one additional pizza which they had requested and the two cold salads that they ordered.
In regard to the water. This is available upon request in pitchers, we also have a water fountain open to our guests at all times.The party package does come with a selection of beverages also which they did receive. The birthday party was not charged for the disputed pizzas and we offered complimentary tickets and other means of compensation which was declined. The family was charged in total the $760.45 which included 1 party package at the amount of $600, 2 cold salads and 1 pizza. They were not charged for the additional adults at $4.95 as a sign of good will.

billybeez is not good value.20.00 per child to basically go down slides all day. must pay extra for kids to play on trampoline which is nothing special. you pay 60.00 for 2 children and 2 parents and cant use trampoline which is a ripoff. very clean and colorful but very limited for my children. one and done!

Very dissapointed in the supervision by the staff and parents of the children in this place ! Tonight I attended with my daughter for a couple hours only to almost collide with someone else’s child who tried to climb up a slide the wrong way... In the process of trying to stop myself and my child from injuring another kid I broke my ankle and not one staff member was around to even help ! I managed to walk back to my car and go to an urgent care to be treated and one of the employees on the way out was notified I injured my ankle but instead of asking whether or not I needed help he preceded to tell me have a good night. I will never recommend this place to anyone ! The lack of car at this type of establishment is astounding, your lucky you don’t have more serious injuries.

Review: I throw my sons [redacted] birthday party at [redacted] on 02/**/14 which cost me 680. 00 for one hour in a private party room. An hour and half in the play ground also pizza, soda, salad and bake ziti and a host, that was suppose to decorate the room. When I got there my room was not ready and I had to decorate my own party room I had to help host assist with my party. It was much unorganized, we were rush out the room, so they could set up for the next party. With all the confusion my mother left my son money bag which obtain 600.00 in there. When I realize I quickly contact [redacted] who is the [redacted]. It took two day for him to contact me and when he did he said about three different stories. And than told me his camera was not working when my party was going on. I assume that this place was a safe and fun place for children and family. The only people left in the room after my party was [redacted] employee cleaning up. All I ask for them to do is to run back the camera to see who took my sons money bag. They did not want to help me at all. It seems to me they were trying to cover up and keep my money. I also tried calling ,after I told them what happen I called

three times today and they hung up the phone three times on me , when

I ask to speak to [redacted],he told Avon who answered the phone when I called . to lie and say that he was in a meeting and had

no time to speak to me.Desired Settlement: Im seeking a refund or some type of compensation. for my uncomfortable experience at billy beez and for not reponding in a timely fashion we my money bag was taken .

Review: Billy Beez is described as a safe and secure play park for children of all ages. My 6 year old son, whom it happened to be his birthday Sunday 12-**-14, very soon after arriving (within 10 minutes) fell missing a step off a slide in this so called safe park developed a woud (a laceration) to the right side of his chin. (which requred 3 stitches) There were no medically trained personel on staff, not even a medical assistant. I would imagine a location with dozens if not a hundred or more children at the time would have some sort of trained medical staff close by. I had more medical equipment in my handbag than they did in the whole "medical area". I do understand they cannot treat at these facilities but with so many children running around, I believe a certified first responder should be on site. I paid over $100 for less than half hour and wasnt even offered a refund only given a store credit after complaining to the [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a cash refund, payment for medical expenses and I am in discussion to pursue a lawsuit

Review: I had my childs birthday party on a Saturday. When arrived there was a table for birthday gifts assigned the [redacted] garanteed me it is ok to leave presents on the table his exact words were " I guarantee that your presents are safe here no one wants you to mess with there gift no one will mess with yours." There was an Abrocrombie and Fitch bag with 160$ that I have reciepts for because the gifts were from an uncle and aunt that asked if she went shopping. I have emailed and called numerous times [redacted] and no response, When deposite was needed they called quick. I am disapointed that there is noone that take responsibility.Desired Settlement: I have receipts of gifts cards I request Billy Beez replace them

Review: We reserved a birthday party here for my son (his 4th). We had many problems with this place, but the biggest were:

1. We were charged $100 for salad that was brought out COLD and after the main pizza for the kids - it came out at the same time as the cake. NO ONE ate the salad - we through it all out (the place did).

2, They charged us for 8 pies of pizza - on the phone they explained that we would be getting only 3 - we called 5 times and even the day before confirmed and they LIED. Apperently, 5 pies are included - they never told us this. We never got a contract, nothing. The day of the party - "[redacted]" came to us, we explained the situation and she said sure I will take care of it - another person also said the same - then the [redacted] - HORRIBLE piece of garbage - "[redacted]" said NO - I cannot do this because someone else ordered the pizza. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE - clearly evident because two of their people supported us.

3. NO WATER FOR KIDS - this is danger to their help - they are running around and you want 20+ kids to line up for us of 1 water fountain. Are you insane?

4. Their pricing for the party does not match what it says online - they overcharged us by over $Desired Settlement: Refund of $100 for the salads; refund of $66 for the extra 3 pies that they charged us for and $300 for the difference between the pricing on the website and the pricing that they charged us. We have 14 kids and 18 adults. On the website the total is 300+209=509; We were charged over $800!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
