Hello, We received a complaint from a Scott M WhitneyAfter investigation I see that this customer ordered his exhaust through a distributor of oursI contacted this distributor and he advised me that they do not charge any shipping charges and also that he kept the customer up to
date on delivery timeI also spoke with Mike Boat our sales employee and he does not remember ever telling this customer that his product would be shipped day air only that he would do his best to get it to him by May 25th because he has no control over shipping or when the exhaust would be donePlease if you have any questions feel free to contact me Thank You, Chelsey L***

Hello, After further research we have found that Dr. Scott Whitney had requested to have his exhaust sent 2day shipping but was told he would have to pay the extra shipping charge because everything we send goes out ground any additional shipping would be paid for by the customer. He declined to pay for the 2day shipping and his exhaust left that night FedEx ground.   Thank You,  Chelsey L[redacted]Office Manager

I have email response from distributor and Mike Boat which states that B&B would ship via 2nd day air. The email contains the note from Mike Boat himself. The business response is correct that the distributor does not charge shipping. My request is that B&B reimburse me the 2nd day shipping cost which they promised to pay in order to con me into not canceling the order. They only offered to do this upon my wanting to cancel the order, but then they failed to meet that commitment.
