I have attached an email to Mr [redacted] I explained that his order was shipped on 11/20/via USMAIL per his instructions Mr [redacted] submitted his order through our website - all information received was physically typed by Mr [redacted] We tracked his order today and it is still in transit - there was a problem with the address provided by the customer I told the customer that if the product is returned to our facility I would be happy to mail it to any other address that he would want to provide at no cost to him I did not double his order as we sent his product to the address he provided
