To whom this may concern:  I am the General Manager.  I was the first manager to approach this customer.  I witnessed him getting loud with my employees, so I went up to him and asked if I could help him.  He then screamed at me about his drinks being thrown away, but my...

employees by that time had already gave him new cups of drinks. I told him that I was sorry that it happened and that I saw that they had replaced his drinks and tried to explain why we cleaned the table off.  He just kept screaming and ranting about it & then added that his pizza was thrown away too.  I told him that I was sorry again and that I would replace his pizza & he screamed back that he did not want the one we took with which our grimy hands had touched.  So I re-explained that I would make a brand new one & he just kept yelling that he didn't want anything from us.  I apologized again and said that I was sorry that I could not help him & walked away, but he kept yelling, cussing & ranting to customers, employees & anyone nearby.  So I went back & to tell him that he needed to calm down & quit cussing in front of children & if he didn't he had to leave.  That just made him madder & he kept screaming & cussing and that's when the other manager approached.  He started in on her & I told him that he needed to leave and that I would show him the door.  He refused and started getting up in our faces and touched his shoulder to get him to turn around to exit.  He still refused spilling drinks on his kids, I then said that I was calling the police & he told us to go ahead.  And that's when I went to the office to call 911.  They sent a policeman but by that time he had left.  During the entire episode his older son kept saying can't we all get along here, we can all be friends.  His Dad was telling him to be quiet.  I went to tell the police that he was gone & that I was sorry that I had to bother them, and then got a phone call from the man.  He started yelling and cussing me on the phone & I told him that I was not going to listen to him acting like that & that's when the police officer told me to hand him the phone.  I gave it to him & he tried to talk to him & warned him not to come back into our business & not to call any more.  He then called back & hung up & called back a third time & the policeman said to just hand him the phone again!  He then told him that he was harassing us & that if he called or came in again that he would personally fill out a warrant on him & personally arrest him!There was only 2 or 3 pieces of pizza out of 2 left, no personal belongings at the table.  We cannot hold tables indefinitely for a possibility of a customer coming back.We tried to appease this customer to no avail.  He just causing such a scene & cussing around all of his kids and our customers that we needed him to leave.
