Worst company ever! We paid for them spring 16 to install our liner and they said it will be done in May. It never got done until 3rd week in June. Everytime we call the secretary Vicky has an attitude and keeps telling us that we misunderstood and it they will be out this week. She says she never promised any time frame. This went on for over a month until it was finally installed. Then we got hit by the flood on 9 October and we called them within a few days after the flood. We talked to her and she said she will get back to us. She always ignored my husbands calls and called me back but had an attitude every time. We signed a contract 1 November and they took half the money on 8 November. Every time I call she says they will be there probably this day or that day. I call later after the days pass [redacted] she says she never told me what day they would be there. I finally got tired of her never calling my husband back and only calling me back to argue with me so I sent an e-mail that stated we still need the work done and since we can't get a straight answer and over the phone she keeps changing when she says they will be there then lies and says she never said anything that we are mistaken(liars) we want everything writing on e-mails. She called my husband back and said she is refunding our money. She refuses to e-mail me back because she knows that will leave a trail. This company would do great if they got a good manager with good customer service skills!
