What the company fails to mention is that it was never discussed to wait weeks for a contractor to come fix the ceilingThat being said, it has been roughly months since the contractor was scheduled to come and never showed upThe company was notified in March of our issues with the bathroom re-modelAdditionally, the company never requested an invoice from the new contractor we hired to completely our bathroom, we would be happy to provide that if it is neededThe work required was:
Tear out of the entire tile floor to make it level and to fix cracks in tiles/grout
of the drywall work to make it to code
Remove and re-apply seals around tub/shower surround and sink
Sand all walls to make smooth
Fill holes left by previous contractor in walls
Baseboard was repaired
Re-paint all walls including ceiling as there were spots left un-done by Billy Goat Handyman services
Re-install light fixture
Remove mirror to paint behind
