Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10620017, and have determined that this does not resolve & falsely reports the services rendered on my dispute The technician (***) & manager (***) at Billy Harris Roofing were both notified at the time of the incident via phone call & text with the picture of the broken blind After the fact that they were scheduled to return the same week to repair the remaining sheet rock & replace the broken blind That of which I have text history, recorded phone conversations & email history to the vendor noting the uncompleted services per contract which have been an ongoing issue with the company since the roof replacement was completed last year The contract with the facility also states the remaining services to be performed in which the vendor was over paid at the time of the roof replacement & and alternate vendor was hired to paint my porch & replacement of the exterior faux blind This vendor has continued not complete the commited contracted services, multiple unreturned phone calls & scheduled service times The vendors report that I still own $is a accusation, considering the fact that I over paid the vendor for the additional services still uncompleted & never done due to the reflected emails attachedPlease refer to all attached details regarding this complaint, Additional recorded conversations will be provided to support my complain against this provider as they are located on my devices

No additional funds are due to the over payment of the contracted amount per the contract previously submitted in my response.  A check number w/ the balancer paid to the company noting the overage paid can be provided.  In addition the only completed service from Bill Harris Roofing was the roof replacement and non of the additional contracted service were performed, outside of the carpet tacking, paint & replacement baseboard of the 2nd story front facing room.   This also does not include the additional damages "Broken Master Bed Room Blind" or base board not returned by the repair personnel [redacted] taken from the pantry as comparison to what needed to be purchased for the 2nd flr bed room..  Base board was detached at the time but the piece was taken by the individual & never returned, when brought to his attention the individual cut out a miss matching item.  As for the additional services paid for & still needing completion, my previous attachment also noted the broken blind at which point [redacted] Harris stated that the guys would be at my residence to replace and perform additional repairs.   I can attach another phone conversation noting from [redacted] Harris that I do not own them any additional funds if it would place his comments about owing additional funds at ease!     As it stands Bill Harris roofing has not completed the contracted services they agreed upon & were paid for.   This has been an ongoing issue with the company since payment for the roof was made.
