This matter has been resolved with the customer directly and there is no remaining balance on the customer accountOn the day of the treatment, the customer copay was miscalculated by the insurance coordinatorWhen this issue was brought to my attention, we investigated further than had been
previously investigated and found the miscalculationIt was a mistake and training has been conducted for all staff to avoid these types of mistakes in the futureI apologize for the inconvenience this matter was to the customer.Sincerely,*** *** ***
