The vehicle was brought in due to a sound coming from the brakes when stoppingDuring diagnosis the brakes were measured at millimeters in the front and millimeters in the rearThese measurements show that the rear brakes are in need of
replacement at this time and the front brakes should be replaced now or very soon depending on mileage drivenIf you do not get the work done at our location, we highly recommend that you have another location look at your brakes very soon to ensure the safety of your vehicleWe will refund the $of services that you had completed at our location, and please contact us if you have any questions

Mr*** brought his vehicle in for us with complaints relating to headlamps, engine oil pressure and heater/AC problemsHe did give us the information for an extended warranty that he had for his vehicle.Our Service Consultant wrote a repair order, explained diagnostic charges and had Mr
*** sign, acknowledging charges(see attachment) After our technicians looked at the three different complaints and came up with a diagnosis and estimate for repairs, our service consultant contacted The extended warranty company for authorization to make repairsAll three items were declined by them.Our Service Consultant called Mr*** with this information, and to check if Mr*** would like to go ahead with repairs without the assistance of his extended warranty.Mr*** declined and asked what his final charges would be, our Sevice Consultant informed him that it would be the $for each of the concerns as originally quotedMr*** did not question that, and said he would come and get his vehicle.Mr*** then posted the second attachment, when we noticed it, we had our Service consultant reach out to Mr*** to offer a resolution, Mr*** swore at him and hung upHe then came to pick up his vehicle and even thanked usAfter that Mr*** posted more derogatory thing about us online and filed this complaint.We feel that if Mr*** did not want to talk to us in person about this, there is nothing more we can do for him

I am rejecting this response because:
Before I walked out of your service center I also signed a form that I went over with your service person , he said the repairs may not be covered I was like search over everything that is covered which wasn't done!! And the paper I signed also stated I had a 100 dollar deductible that your service writer wrote down.. and paid 419.85 foe you to say you replaced a head light relay?? Why did you do that?? It wasn't covered supposedly 20.00 part cost 419.85.. nothing was taken a part and checked in my truck!!! The issues that were addressed are a common issue.. 139.95 to tell me I need a new hvac cause lights are burnt out?? You guys are scam artist!! 139.95 to tell me I need a need resistor for my blower?? Come on?? Your service writters should kniw exactly how extended warranties work.. and you screwed me out of 419.00
