Dissatisfied with resurfacing of pool , spotty painting job , looks horrible,business will not repair or answer phone or txt . deck chipping up also
purchase date 12/16/19 total bill for repair, resurfacing and painting deck $5470.00 the amount that is in question is Prep and paint the pool and spa $2,700 and deck is $770 the pool had a leak which they fixed , then recoated fiberglass pool with blue color , they did a touch up job which same color but it didnt match ,so there is blotches , calico looking all over the pool , contacted owner , he said he would not repaint , then he came to look at it and said he didnt know it was that BAD , he said let me think on it and let me contact company to see if they could blend color , so I left the pool with out chemicals ,because we would have to drain pool again , I started calling after 1 week and he will NOT answer my phone calls or txts , I then wrote a letter to him about how dissatisfied we where , still not response , I will have to look at this mess for 10 years or pay someone else to repaint , the deck is also chipping , I have pictures of all the problems , I hope the deck as my pool guy says it doesnt pop off . Also at the time of the pool repair they got my pool pump and drained my jaquzzi without my permission and then they say it was broken ,the cord and they fixed it , I said it wasnt broken before they used it without permission . He would not take responsibility
