The suit I picked up was a different size (size 6 not 4), a different color (black not navy), and a different brand (Nine West not Calvin Klein) then the suit I dropped off. The proof of this is that on the receipt that I have previously attached my suit was correctly documented as navy even though the suit I picked up was black. All seven pieces I dropped off were size 4 and all 7 pieces were Calvin Klein. The suit I picked up was a Nine West Black size 6 suit I have never owned. I would like my correct suit back as this is the basic trust you have when you drop off your items to a dry cleaning business.

I would gladly give back the suit in question, but since we never received the one in question, I have no idea where it is!  Without admitting guilt, I offered her compensation but she refused it. we do not swap out garments like we were accused of. also, sometimes black can look like navy, so that is not a valid argument. we have no one else missing a suit.  that tells me she received back what she brought in. ` ` ` ` ` ` ` `  ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` Billy H[redacted]
