I am rejecting this response because: The water damage exclusion does not apply when the service person from BelAir actually disconnects the pump and does not reconnect itThis is a negligent actThe repair person was in there for the spring check up under the service agreementThe condensate pump did not malfunction before, we did not ask it to be repaired but it was disconnected anywayThe service check list even notes the condensate pump as an item the repair person dealtwith We maintain our damage claim and maintain that the exclusion in the general conditions of the service contract does not apply for this situation

we do NOT cover the Condensate Pump issues
