I asked that my product be returned to me due to the amount of time waiting to be repairedThe owner has refused to return my product On July 6th I brought in a blower (Echo Brand) to be repairedI was told about weeks for it to be repairedI checked on status in week and it had not been touched I called in week and was told their was a problem in ordering the part and the owner would call.he never calledI called back in week and ask that I pick up my blower un repaired since I waited so long and purchased anotherI was told the owner would callHe did call and say I could not pick up my blower since he had already ordered a part from the local Tractor SupplyI told him that I knew someone in Management there and requested the part number from him so I could equest the status of this part from Tractor SupplyHe refused my request stating that I would get the parts guy in trouble.I again requested that I get my blower back unrepaired.He sayed he was waiting for a call
