Review: Contracted to convert fuses to circuit breakers in my home in December 2013. Did not complete the upgrade of receptacles, complete some cleanup on outside of house or finish installing the hot water heater in garage which they said would be done in the Spring due to temperature issues. No response from Billy after repeatedly contacting and asking when the work would be completed. All these issues were clearly stated in the signed contract and the vendor was paid in full (plus additional charges) and he stated he would contact me in the Spring about the outstanding water heater and promised he would be back if any receptacles were missed or if there were problems.Desired Settlement: I would like the vendor Billy F[redacted] contacted and made aware that this is unacceptable and so that hopefully he does not do this to anyone else. I personally will have another contractor do the work as I would not trust him to do it correctly at this point should he offer to do so. Thank you for your attention to these situations unfortunately it seems this type of issue is becoming more and more frequent.
