I brought this complaint to my father's attention and is sent the check to the customer
Best regards,
Mike

Please accept my deepest thanks for and deepest appreciation of your efforts to have this matter addressed. It is with deep concern and hesitancy that I conditionally accept MrMichael Ferraraccio's apology which ostensibly had to be 'squeezed/cajoled' out from him only after my insistence of both his inaccurate (perhaps deliberately so) rendering of the accounts of my attempt at establishing a business relationship with him based upon the sterling recommendation of the Revdex.com and *** *** as well as his derogatory characterization of my integrity. While I do not presume to have any authority to influence the rating of presumed professionals by the Revdex.com (that I have a tremendous respect for), it would be nothing less than unfortunate that such an experience as I have had would lead me to have lingering doubts about the veracity of the professionalism of persons recommended. Consequently, with some degree of trepidation, ""I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to
complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not fully resolve my complaint." Thanks once again for both the timeliness and urgency with which you have addressed my complaint
Regards,

This customer was upset because the installation of his patio was delayed due to multiple weather events (i.etornado, rain, etc.)It was unfortunate, the day we were at his house to install there were heavy rains and he just got fed up with it and cancelledIt's too bad because it would've
been installed the very next day! Customer has threatened my company wit a social media attack if didn't receive his deposit which, though I'm not legally required to return, I didI mailed a check for the refund of his deposit on Tuesday, July 25, 2017. If there are any questions, please feel free to call me.Best regards,Mike F*

Hi [redacted], my father sold Ms. [redacted] a driveway and it was originally installed incorrectly by my brother Jerry. My Dad asked me to look at it and see what the problem was and in doing so, saw that it was pitched towards the house where water was pooling. Having said that I took my crew and re-poured...

the concrete that was incorrectly pitched. That's taking care of the customer in my book. However, after a tough winter of salt on the roads, her driveway pitted in spots and she became unhappy. After my review of the driveway, I told her that it wasn't the workmanship but the salt damage. She didn't accept that and filed a court case. After going to court several times and explaining myself to the court, she was awarded a judgment in the amount of $3,000.

I mailed a bank check for $2000 to Mr. [redacted] on Monday July 31. The reason I delayed his refund were for the threats of a social media attack from [redacted]. He was demanding and didn't want to reason with the weather being the major reason for the delay. We were at his house to install the patio on Thursday when a tornado brought a downpour that we could t work. I told him we would be back on Friday and he then cancelled Thursday night. I thought that was a ridiculous decision.

In response to this complaint, all I can say is that I'm terribly sorry for any disruption for not making the appointment on time.  I apologize for any inconvenience to the customer and can only express my deepest and sincere apologies to him. I wish him the very best with his bathroom project.

In response to the complainant: I responded in a timely fashion to schedule an appointment. I missed the first appointment due to unfortunate circumstances. I thought I rescheduled for 6 on the reschedule but he said it was for 2. I apologized as I was E route to his for the 6:00 that I thought we...

had. I se it as no harm no foul, just a tough customer before he became a customer. Nothing more needs to be said.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],...

and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint unless a refund of my $200 deposit is received.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am faxing a copy of the Bilt-Rite Concrete Inc. job agreement that was given to me when I paid the $200 deposit.  Per my recent conversation with Mike, this is a open, viable company that is owned by him.  It isn't my fault his father and brother are using his job agreement forms without his permission.  If you don't receive my faxed document, please let me know.
Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
On 4/29/2015 I received the final judgment in this matter from small claims court and I received a verdict in the amount of $3,020.00.  I have never received payment from this company.  They now owe me $3,036.00 because I put a lien against the company through small claims court on 7/1.  The driveway was pitting and cracking after they put the driveway in.  the said it was caused by last winter. It was not.  It started right after they put the driveway in, in 2013.I would like to receive my restitution in this matter.  I am disabled and I need to have a new drive way put in and I cannot afford the total amount to put a total driveway in because I receive social security.  The money I am supposed to receive from this company would help fund a new driveway. Regards, [redacted]

I have spoken to [redacted] and ask that should should be patient that we will address the issue. We are working feverishly to address our outdoors work schedule. I told her 10 days ago that a rain day would be a good to get inside and drylock the wall. We will address the issue.

Revdex.com spoke to Michael at Bilt Rite and he did relay that he will make sure this is taken care of.

Reference Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted]. Mike [redacted], owner of Bilt Rite Concrete, has informed me he did not mail my check on Tuesday, July 25th, as he claimed in the Revdex.com Complaint response. Mike has threatened to force me to take legal action in effort to obtain my money. Mike has stated he can “draw this out” and force me to “miss work” with court dates. Mike has also stated he will provide my $2,000 refund as agreed upon but it will happen on his terms. Obviously, Mike chooses to “draw this out” as he threatened.A prompt $2,000 refund as agreed.
