Mr*** is not a customer He is a tenant in a home that we manage for the owner and we are employed by the owner Mr*** was inattentive to the conditions around his rental home resulting in a very large water bill because the irrigation (sprinkler) timer was not working and
had the system running constantly The result was that the yard flooded during the days that Mr*** was away from the property while his wife was in residence.Mr*** does not want to take responsibility for his own water bill and thinks that the management company (our firm) and the owner should pay for his lack of responsibility as a tenant His lease requires him to maintain the home and assume responsibility for paying for his utilities.Mr*** is frustrated because our duties as Property Manager require that we communicate with him in writing via certified mail He has been abusive and rude with repeated texts and phone calls after hours with increasing agitation and unpleasant attitude.Please find a letter attached which was sent to Mr& Mrs*** as of 5/27/

Review: The owners refuse to answer emails, text messages, or phone calls regarding a water bill in the amount of $339.20. In a previous email they acknowledged the fact that they knew they were responsible for the bill but now cannot be contacted.Desired Settlement: $339.20

I have rented a property through this management company. The house was filthy upon move-in and it had a foul odor. After signing the lease, the management company ignored maintenance requests, and argued with us constantly. I have been a renter for quite some time with little to no issues. The reason I rent is because maintenance is covered by the landlord. That is absolutely not the case with this management company. They have no regard for their tenants. They care only about their financial gain.

Mrs. Stockwell is unproffessional and extremely rude. When you call the number all she does is pick up the phone. Does not even say hello or any mention of it being a buisness. She has no reguard to her tenants and extremely shady. When a service request is submitted into her online portal, it is never mentioned or followed up on. When I finally tell her my situtation she downplays it and says it is nothing. I had no functioning bathroom for over a month. She also changes the terms of the lease by stating that her 100 years in buisness, all her terms in the leases are the same. I submitted my 30 day notice with my forwarding address in order to have my deposit forwarded to. A month after calling and emailing several times, she finally said that she sent it to my address I had just vacated. Stating that I had not given her the information. It was on my 30 day notice and also in the envelope with the keys that I had turned in. She stated that she must have missed it and that my money would be forwarded by the postal service. It was in big black letters! She must be blind to not have seen it either in the email or the envelope. A month later I am still waiting for my money.
