I accepted a tenant through Biltmore Properties, Inc., for the Housing Assistance Payment. The tenant was a problem from day one and I had to take her to court to get her out after the end of the lease. When I talked to the housing administrator, she was unhelpful and rude.
Biltmore Properties has yet to pay me the last month's rent, July 2016. My calls go unanswered and when I happen to reach someone, I am told that in no case do they pay late fees nor for damages to the property.
The government should not waste taxpayers' money dealing with unprofessional and unethical organizations such as Biltmore Properties, Inc.

This property management company(Biltmore Properties) that manages the location at 3110 N. 37th street. Phx, Az. 85018. is horrible, I mean horrible! The on going bed bug issues/bugs at this facility is endless. They have sprayed numerous times over the months/years and can't seem to get the bug issues under control. They expect you to empty out all your cabinets/furniture/dishes ect for days so they can come back and spray again. I understand to get the job done right but they have had many opportunities to do so and have failed. They should be using a best control/bed bug company that can get the job done right. My father lives at this facility for the past 2+ years and has COPD and I have had to pick him up many times and bring him back to my place(40+ miles) round trip so that they could spray and he would not have to breath in all the pesticides. I have tried to work with this company many times and they just done give a crap! I'am trying to get my father out of this dump place to live in. There probably is a law that they are breaking having their tenants live under the conditions they do. Very sad that they can't get it done right.

Worst agency you could deal with. Waited 3 yrs for housing for nothing and was totally passed up after calling as directed. [redacted] and [redacted] from [redacted] were extremely rude and made my whole 3 yrs of waiting go down the drain. It is not right or professional what I dealt with.
