Issue with promotional sticker and rudeness of customer service agent
I purchased your Eureka organic bread on 4/ When I arrived at the counter the clerk said the manufacture coupon was expired When I got home I noticed that the expiration date was 2/for the manufacture coupon and the bread had an expiration date of 4/Almost months difference So I first tried your online feedback form to give feedback and it kept asking me to select the company name from the drop down box There is no Eureka Organic in the drop down box So I then called and the agent that answered the phone was so rude and said to me "have a nice day" and hung up on me She first said that their is an issue with the outsourced group that makes the stickers but there was nothing she could do She then said what is your name and I will send you a coupon I said I don't want a coupon and that is when she hung up on me I then called back to try and reach a manager The person that answered said
