is not relying on any representations of seller, and that the vehicle and any additional equipment is sold in its present condition and is not guaranteed.” We have Carfax available free of charge on all vehicles for sale on our website and hard copies can be obtained at the dealership and they may or may not be used by the individual for his or her purchasing decision. Car was towed in 2/6/with miles running rough and with a check engine light on. Found vanos fault codes, performed vanos test and found low oil pressure. We removed oil pan and found vanos oil supply line was leaking internally and has led to bearing wear. *** authorized the repair and the service bill totaled $6472.87.
