This customer placed an order on our website on 4/9/ The order triggered fraud suspicion per our standard checks/precedures, and we contacted the customer at the phone number he provided to verify his information There was no answer, so we left a voicemail infoming him that we would
need to discuss his order before it could ship out The customer did not return our call until 4/13/17, at which point he cursed and yelled at our customer service representative to the point of being unable to reach any resolution We then closed his order and voided the Paypal authorization (please see attached confirmation) We feel like we handled this customer's order properly and attempted to resolve any problems to the best of our ability, but unfortunately, he was unwilling to work towards any resolution. Hello - This customer, *** ***, called in to place an order on 3/14/ He supplied a specific special order part number to our salesman for his order He was notified at the time of purchase that special order items are not eligible for returns After receipt of
the product, the customer called to say that the piece was not correct for his vehicle Although he was previously notified of the no-return policy on special-order items, we agreed that we would allow him to return the product as long as it was new and in the original pacakaging, for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee The product was sent back to us damaged, clearly installed, and used; o-rings were damaged, the shock itself was broken and so damaged that it was indeterminable that this was even the part that was sent to the customer We contacted the customer after inspection of the damaged part, and he notified us that his mechanic had installed the part on his vehicle, and he had driven the vehicle with the installed part We informed him that we were not able to accept a used, damaged part back for a refund, but offered to cover the shipping to get it back to him as a courtesy We handled this customer appropriately, even above and beyond what is acceptable, and strongly feel this complaint is not valid in any wayThank you for your time and attention to this matter Sincerely, *** ***BimmerWorld
