We received a signed cancellation/policy release form from the insured on 8/30/and submitted it to the insurance copmany on the same day We were advised that the cancellation typically takes about 7-business daysCurrently, the insurance company is showing cancellation effective 10/30/17, which is still incorrect We have reopened the request to cancel coverage backdated to 9/01) Once we receive confirmation that this has been cancelled correctly, we will communicate with the insured The insured will receive all premium they paid directly from the insurance company

On December 19, the client completed an online application for General Liability insurance On the application it was stated that the organization provides services to wild or undomesticated animals or reptiles When submitted to our insurance markets they declined to provide a
quote because they only insure animal shelter risks focused on services for domestic dogs and cats This should have been communicated to the client on December 20, when we received the decline but, unfortunately, was not.This account has been updated and client will receive no future communications from us.

They advertise "free quotes" I got the "free quote", showed it to my customer to make sure I had the right insurance they required My customer and I decided to go a different route and I did not need the insurance My "customer service representative" kept emailing she was there to help I replied and told her that I would not be needing her insurance Then she starts saying I have to fill out a form and all this other junk For a "free quote"? Since when you do have to fill out a form to not accept a free quote? Not sure what game they are playing - but look out! Their free quotes are not free
