Ordered a BinThereDumpThat Dumpster and it was delivered within 72 hours, The company Accidently Dropped a larger Dumpster off, However, it worked out perfectly with no extra charge. This Kindness makes me want to recommend and use there services for all my future needs. When I called to have it picked back up, They were able to do it the next day, even tho It was scheduled to be picked up the next week.

I rented a dumpster from this company and when they came to pick it up, their truck driver backed up and ran their dumpster into the wall of my house and cracked the cement of the custom stone work that I had installed on the face of my house. After talking with the operation manager (Kayla M) of this company (Bin There Dump That) through emails. She agreed to pay the damages of $250.00 to repair my wall. I still have the emails and photos of the damage her employee did to my house. She promised to send the payment and has not. After repeated attempts to contact her and getting the silent treatment and otherwise no response, I am contacting the Revdex.com to file a complaint against this company.
Hi ***,I spoke to *** in the past regarding this complaint, because it contained false information and was not representative of what happened. We are accountable for the accident and worked quickly to get it correct, it however seems that the customer was projecting some anxieties of being misled onto us, which quite frankly is not fair. He did confirm he did confirm he received the check on July 29th. This was 3 weeks after the accident and we had not agreed upon a settlement until mid July. I felt like this was a speedy response. Here is my written response. If you feel like I should consider editing it all, please let me know because we are not accustomed to having to write these types of responses. Unfortunately, our driver did have an issue during pickup that caused a small crack in the cement mortar at the base of the customers home caused by the driveway protection boards. I got in touch immediately with the customer to correct the error. We settled on a mutually agreed upon price. I mailed the check a week later and the customer received it within 3 weeks of the original accident occurrence. We are sorry this happened and are glad we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution. It is disappointing that false allegations were made in this complaint, however we are happy to move beyond this accident since this is the first time this has happened out of 1000's of delivered bins.
