This guest received several apologies and was explained to several times the room reeked of smoke, the camera shows guest going out but does not show her smoking, when a guest signs registration card they initial if smoking is in the room or a pet you will be charged $there Is also a table
tent stating the same in the room, I was not rude to the guest until she stated she was going to call a lawyer and make sure this hotel was closed, and would be calling me all day just to interfere with my job, suggestion to contact credit card was never suggested, the guest make other complaint stating her mother had talked with me which never happened again the guest will be getting no adjustment and several apologies have already been done

The response is falseI never received an apology, and she was rude from the very beginning of the conversation which caused me to advise her that I would be contacting an attorneyIt's rather funny that she states that she saw me walking outside multiple times, but it doesn't show me smoking how convenientI would like this matter pursued further
