I am rejecting this response due to the following: first of all I never called Binary Services LLC for any reason. A window popped up on my screen with some information that stated that my 3-year contract with Apple Tech Support had expired while at the [redacted]e time disabling me to close this pop-up window. A person who goes by the name of [redacted] sent me a message that someone was trying to hack my computer which got me concerned. This [redacted] individual apparently works for Binary Services LLC extention number [redacted] which was confirmed to me later on by another employee by the name Joy Smith who identified herself as the receptionist. Then [redacted] offered me a program that would ensure my iMac protection against hacker activity. I asked him if he was employed by Apple technicians. His response to me was that he was currently working for Apple and not for Binary Services LLC. [redacted] reassured my 3-tear contract with Mac Support was expired an then offered me up to three more years of coverage which I rejected because of the price. I agreed to only purchase a one-year contract. Following the purchase, he sent a contract which I later saw was not coming from Apple support. all of this started on Sept 30 2015 at 16:45:06.
Mr [redacted] the person that sold me the the program called me from the company number and his ext was 404 .from Oct 8 up until to Oct 15. This person kept calling me from following telephone numbers:
