In my opinion, the job that Total Package is doing in taking care of the yards in Westowne, is becoming increasingly shoddy, In the past, our patio areas and entryways were always blown clean I can count on one hand the number of times my entryway has been cleaned this season and one of those times, I had to chase your employee down to redo it It just makes sense to me that the debris be blown AWAY from the door, and not against it and the surrounding wallsThe patio edges are sometimes blown clean But never the entire patio It all blows up on the chairs and windows Today, as last week, nothing was done
Last week I saw the employee with the trimmer merely walk through the yard with the trimmer running instead of using it appropriately, and actually cutting grass
I recognize that this is a relatively new crew, but some rudimentary training might be in order Or maybe a refresher course Are they no longer being supervised on the job site?
The tree trimming is poor, and the bushes are shaped in an unnatural and unattractive lightbulb shape I call it TP'd (Total Packaged) Some pride in the work done would prudently shape each tree/shrub and enhance the neighborhood I try to do most of my own shrub trimming in order to encourage a natural shape to the bushes, and to defend it against TP-ing I shouldn't have to do that, and pay you! We have an elderly population who moved into condos so they wouldn't have to take on yardwork Picking up sticks and branches is impossible for many people
I live in the Westowne Village If I had hired this company independently, I would definitely seek another business to do my yard, as I feel that we are not getting the effort or the results that we are paying for
I won't go into the snow removal situation at all But it is also lacking, and could be improved upon
I realize that your company has been tending our yards for ten years or so, but continually doing less isn't the way to keep out business Please consider stepping up you game and help us maintain our landscaping
I had a pretty large landscape job to start out this season, involving the replacement of slate landscape stone with black mulch and I have to say, the guys did a fantastic job. Extremely quick, easy to work with, having a shift schedule to work around, overall, very professional, I couldn't be happier with the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to others, as well as call them again for any other landscape needs I might have in the future.
